Another curious hybrid critter courtesy of early 20th century comic artist Gustave Verbeek! His Terrors of the Tiny Tads comic strip was a bunch of indistinct kids running around seeing all sorts of strange animal fusions. In a strip that first ran the 2nd of May, 1914 (and most recently ran on GoComics.com the 26th of May, 2021) the Tads encounter a Chimpanzeagle who looks rather ferocious.
