The best estimate I can give comes from the hydraulic press. Based on what I've read from the Wikipedia page of the Hydraulic Press Channel, a press like that can exert about 150 tons of force. Since it doesn't pose any danger to her, that must mean she can easily lift at least 150 tons.

I don't know of any actual limits that she might have. She's probably a fairly standard super - not quite comparable to Supergirl in terms of strength or speed.
