So I finally got hooked up with SAI and got it to run proper on my computer. So this is my first project with SAI :D I sketched the picture on OC (where I'm most comfortable) and Inked/Colored on SAI. I have to say I'm really liking SAI already. Took me several hours just to do this one little pic, but meh... I was getting used to the controls!

Anyway- I watched Bambi 2 last night with my niece and suddenly wanted to draw Bambi. :3 I lovelovelove it. I actually didn't think it looked good until I had it inked XD I see flaws, the main flaw being I made one ear a little too big XD oh well. Also I erased the rest of his body because I couldn't get the legs to look right. :\ stupid Disney and their easy yet hard to draw characters! (I love you Disney)

As I worked on this for some reason I kept listening to Fireflies by Owl City and decided this pic wasnt complete without a semi-background and some fireflies.
