Another OC I'm very happy with, this one from a dream I had. Basically, Team Rocket's Meowth found him while on another mission, and decided to take him in and raise him. He taught him how to walk and talk like him, and also taught him how to fight. He then stuck around with the team, often riding on Wobbuffet's shoulders.

Some info. Hes about the size of Meowth, but a little bit smaller. HE IS NOT A SHINY. He was born a regular Meowth, with the only difference being that the charm on his head was silver. How he became colored the way he is, I dont know. My best guess would be, unfortunately, experimentation. He's more competent than the other TR members, but they don't ever listen to him. He doesn't have a name yet, but if anybody has suggestions, I'd love to hear them! :03
