It's not exactly a bad comment. The screw next to the table is a choking hazard, plus the other noticeable bits and pieces around the edge of the table.

Really, might wanna clean those up, before your pet decides to make snacks of them.

It wasnt a planed puppy place, he had to squeeze thru a small opening to get there. It was how he said it. not the concerted way you just did.
