That's okay, everyone has their preference and no one has to like a niche like vore. Tho most of the time it's not exactly that brutally realistic (unless someone is into hard vore rather than the more common soft vore), and the prey can wind up perfectly fine offscreen or thru reformation (respawn). Now if someone wanted to make it seem more real, they could make it a one way trip for the prey, but it's mostly seen as a most intimate embrace between two (or more) characters.
