Kaspar is a shy Quagsire boy, he has a fondness for wearing socks and is also very shy about people being interested in his feet. Otherwise he's friendly to most.

So here's a Pokémon OC I came up with. (Not necessarily a Pokesona as he isn't meant to represent me in real life.)

If people would wanna draw him, pretty much anything is fair game in terms of content as long as it's *not* extreme stuff, or "hillbilly" stuff if you get what I mean. Art involving his feet is 100% supported by me of course, whether it's him wiggling his bare toes, feet in socks, or him getting tickled, I don't mind.

A few signature features for Kaspar is definitely his socks, they can be any pattern or colour, and he can be socked or barefoot, just as long as the socks are in the picture in some kind to really show that it is Kaspar. There's definitely a few specific things I would prefer not to see, but feel free to ask me about those.

Otherwise, it's all fair game, whatever fanart you can think of for him, even if it's not foot focused, but I still highly encourage it.

Oh yeah and he has a Wooper form too, I haven't gotten around to having that shown yet, but in time I will.
