ViceXXX Magma Dragoon, the traitorous Maverick scumbag, is on trial for his crimes in Mega Man X4. The judge happens to be Dragoon from Beyblade who's reading all the charges against Magma and declaring him guilty for everything he did. As for his sentence, he'll no longer be declared a Dragoon, will be shut down and disassembled, and left in storage. That's what I call true Dragoon justice: the culprits getting what they deserve for their crimes. And who to better serve it than Dragoon from Beyblade? Magma was such an embarrassment to the sacred Dragoon name. Let him rot offline in storage for good!

The design of Magma Dragoon will be combined with the design of X's First Armor (first Z-Buster included as well as stock shot) with the addition of Zero's Black armor (Z-Saber included), the Ultimate Armor's wingpack. I'll call this combination Blacklight Dragoon.
