Karma is taking full effect on Raphael.
After drinking numerous protein shakes he begins uncontrollably eating. Now he finds himself in his gym surrounded by empty milkshake cups and fast food bags, becoming so fat, his straps break away from his growing bulk. He knows he needs to stop before he becomes an immobile blob, but the food is so delicious and the hunger so great, Raph is growing towards that possibility closer and closer.
