Hey everyone! It's been a while since I've been active here, but I hope to change that soon. It's probably quite late to post an art summary (in May!) but I've had it ready for some time and wanted to get it out rather than not post it. ^^'
2020 was, to say the least, a different year for many, including me. I struggled with my motivation to draw more than usual, and as the year was coming to a close I ended up taking a break as I felt I had no time to devote to drawing at that point. I've missed it badly though and drawn a little privately, and I've also missed hanging out here and seeing other people's creations!
Not everything was bad in 2020. Even though my art output was lower than in previous years I've slowly become more happy with my stuff, even though I still consider it far from "good". I also tried out Art Fight for the first time, and it was tons of fun! Getting the chance to draw other folk's characters and trying out new stuff was both a really cool experience and a great motivator for me, so if time allows I might consider doing it again!
Right now though I want to take my time to get back into things around here, and not feel any stress about it. But I hope to make up for the couple months I've been away! See ya around :)
