Hips ruined? Those hips were enhanced! Baby dad looks like he’s not sure what he expected. Now are they holding the same egg or did she pop out two? Good stuff all the same, and glad to see more of those two

Such things are often left open to interpretation by me.

But I'd imagine whatever being of little difference, given the human involvement in the xenomorph reproduction cycle is "pretty much" the same.
