this is a new mermaid or in Cloud's home world Universe-9 a new Seagra she is the princess and the "Sea Priestess" she is one of the few Seagra that can look human on land (so long as she stays dry) one day she saves the life of a young man in the sea she fell in love with him but during my story her people stayed away from the surface (by obvious reasons you know) until Cloud and his friend wanted to see the capital of the Seagra "Faras" unfortunately for 2 reasons 100 years prior Lucifer cursed their city to hide away deep in the ocean and the Seagra fear/hate the surface dwellers Arianna helps Cloud and his friend travel to Faras and through a long and hard challenge they brought the entire city of Faras above to the surface and rid the blight that cursed their hearts
