Jackie is a teenage horse with a strange secret. She's the reincarnated soul of a powerful mage from the past, cursed to forever remember her former life, brought forth by a spectral and all-too-real manifestation of her 'original' self that was cursed. Able to interact with 'herself' as if her old soul was another person, it often leads to strange situation, given that it can't interact with anything real besides her. Still, this upstart young lady isn't looking for a cure. She has lots of adventuring to do. Plus, being lovers with her disembodied soul was more like masturbation, wasn't it? She was pretty much interacting with herself. Wasn't she?

Not exactly a new idea, but fun nonetheless. I really liked how her hair turned out in this pic, and I'm most proud of that. But curses. Drawing a black horse always seems to end up with me squinting at the screen because they're too dark, or frowning because though I can see everything clearly, I more think I ended up drawing a gray horse. I now see why old Marvel uses blue for all its characters that are supposed to be jet black.

And yes, she's 100% female. No, it's not even a wee bit adult oriented. Nor will be the post tomorrow, which will be her 'alternate self'.
