WHOA HO! Very exquisite! Having both characters shown in full really helps with the size comparison. I noticed you went with a softer more opaque look with the highlights on this one. I dunno... I think I find your other style of highlight rendering a bit more visually pleasing. I've been meaning to leave an in depth comment on your last piece featuring triggerfox which would elaborate on the strengths of that style.
This image's situation is soooo nicely depicted, and in an interesting (despite the flat composition) manner with the positioning of the characters and especially the animated pose of your character. With the bellybutton balloon nozzle the way your dragon character is holding it, it REALLY seems like LBC is a true to form balloon and not just an inflated furry character, which I don't think I've ever seen done to this extent before. This I feel makes him seem even puffier and softer and more... uhm.... I dunno, I guess stronger as far as a character within an inflation situation goes.
Once again your style proves to visually please. Keep up your artistic evolution and experimentations.
