Looks like Seth somehow joined the "Tuxspeedo Gang" as he tries on his first pair of speedos (& fake mustache) before rocking them out on his inflatable plane body at the beach. Seth doesn't feel bad in them, but as long as Schwartz doesn't fall in love with him too much.
