From November 2019, my third adopt and 9th OC, a special hybrid pokemon witch. I love mismagius 'clothing' and had been thinking about getting a witch character, and now I have a really fun character for both!

Ailyn (pronounced the same as 'Ailing' but without the 'g')

Height: 5' 2" (looks taller because she's always floating)

Ailyn was once an ordinary Audino with a fascination for dark magic. She was an adept healer and novice magician but her knowledge of the Occult surpassed many of her peers. Ailyn wanted to not only be a powerful healer, but also an infamous force to be reckoned with, breaking away from what she considered to be a stigma of her species. Tales of witches and warlocks inspired her to become one herself and make her name known.

While researching some ruins one day, Ailyn met a suspicious Mismagius named Mabob who offered her a chance to participate in a ritual for power. The ritual would fuse the two together and indeed offer great power, but the Mismagius was scheming to possess Ailyn's body through the ritual. They under estimated just how much Ailyn knew though, as she immediately figured out the risks and consequences of the ritual. But she did not refuse their help. Instead she used their trap against them by making a few changes to the ritual, most importantly by adding in a blessed audinite mega stone. This allowed Ailyn to become the dominate soul of the fusion and become permanently mega evolved. Mabob no longer existed afterwards, aside from the hat and robes that were now apart of Ailyn's new form.

Ailyn is a corrupted white mage. She is able to transfer life force from one living entity to another, and store life energy within herself. A simple example would be is that she steals 60HP from a target, keeps 30HP for herself to use later at any point, and then gives 30HP to another entity. While she can cast normal healing spells, she can also cast draining versions of each of them.

Ailyn has two sides to her. Some know her as the ‘White Witch’, for when she travels as a wandering healer who treats the injured or sick for no cost. This philanthropy is just a front to allow her to travel out in the open.

Her enemies know her as ‘The Lifetaker’ and are much more aware of her cruel side. She drains the life from her victims and uses it for her own nefarious spells and experiments. She's also able to use said energy to heal herself and levitate. Ailyn levitates so much that she has not only learned how to do so very efficiently, but also unconsciously. She actually has to consciously turn it off if she wants to walk around.

Ailyn is very talented, but lacks experience, so some of her new spells are dangerously unstable until she's had time to practice them. She has found that using drawn runes prepared in advance greatly circumvents this, and also make for great traps~ Ailyn is not completely destructive though. While she has her objectives, she has a strong fondness for nature and preservation, and no desire to ruin it.

I totally wanted to upload this yesterday for Audino Day (May 31st) but fell asleep! Oh well, close enough.
