Fred is playing the ukulele to his werewolf boyfriend, Bullard, in the Mystic Hula Tiki Lounge's Waterfall Fountain. They have had plenty of Mai Tai and other rum infused tropical cocktails to keep them happy all throughout the night in this San Francisco night club.

Fred and Bullard do look to be very merry and just having a good time, though I imagine that with a Mai Tai or two in him that Bullard might accompany the ukulele playing with some singing though hopefully not howling too loudly and causing some complaints. Though with rather fetching Hawaiian shirts they just add a little more colour to what would look to be a really fun nightclub to visit.
Overall this really is a lovely and colourful piece and must have been fun to make with all the different markers.
