Spherical Swimsuit Celebs: Sgt. Butch Kowalski
I have a new idea for this June; rather than the traditional Toon June, I'm going to draw fanart of fat cartoon animals in their bathing suits.
First one out of the gate is Sargent Butch Kowalski, or Sarge for short, from the 90's Littlest Pet Shop series. He's my favorite character from that series as he's the perfect combination of cuteness and intimidation. This grizzled veteran would've done a far better job of running the pet shop than Elwood does. Everyone immediately snaps to attention whenever Sarge walks into the room, whereas Elwood is more or less negligent. As for his love life, well, let's just say he's a little awkward and any other lover makes him turn green (more than he already is) with envy. This is my second rendition of him where I tried to make him resemble what he looks like in the show. I don't know if he ever had a expansion or swimsuit scene, so I figured some speedos would do just fine.
