I realized how there was no Camerupt in Pokemon Sword/Shield so there was 0 chance (as far as I know) to see this. I had the "bright" idea to just feed him tons of Rare Candies just to make him huge, but I overdid it and it also seems to have triggered Dynamaxing on him.
