Okay, do not stress yourself over the multiple breast thing. Its cool, overall the picture is all about, for me anyway, the expression on her face, the cute smirk, and the coloration which is great.

Not too bad. Fairly standard depiction. Maybe work around the sash/belt area and underarm for how the cloth should hang and stretch.
