Переизбералось несколько победителей по одной причине : НЕ СОБЛЮДЕНИЕ Правил лотереи! Поэтому, Я отмечу человека, который не соблюдал правила, что означает, если участвуешь - так будь добр соблюдать до конца. ПОЖАЛУЙСТА СОБЛЮДАЙТЕ.
