You always have to make sure to take good care of your armor, and that means cleaning the blood of your enemies off of it. Luckily for Svolda ghost blood doesn't leave any stains since it's just ectoplasm. But that doesn't mean she skimps out cleaning her gear, luckily for her the only real armor she has is her metal helmet. Which has done very much in the way of protecting her noggin, not that she needs it really.
