I suppose with some of the photographs they might correlate with whatever sparse memories remain from Ianna but none of the emotion of the moment or full memory, so I suppose the most for Spore they could provide is to learn a little more of Ianna. Perhaps for Ianna's friends and loved ones the photographs might be more of a comfort if they were able to be sent to them.
