The dream that haunts a soul - was it really just a dream? I thought we were connected, but you're not here... Where are you?


The concept for this pic came to me a while back, when I first heard the song "Wo Bist Du?" (Where Are You?) by Rammstein (on their album, Rosenrot). I drew a sketch, not exactly like this one, and let it sit in a sketchbook for a good year.

Dedicated to the memory of someone I might never find again.

If you know a little German (or if you just look up a translation), it's a great song... very emotional, at least to me.
