This is Teddy. A being made of pure black goo that settled into a dragon's figure. He is able to control a slick goo like material with complete precision. No matter where it ends up, he'll take control of it. This is how he molds his drones and keeps them under his influence. (Shown bottom left).
Despite his mysterious intentions, Teddy does not always hide the source of his power. A concentrated ball of light forms his core and is tucked away deep in his chest. It only coming out to those he trust the most, as a sign of good faith. (Bottom Middle)
