Much like the comic book tradition of a man finding his power in radioactivity, this beast found itself born from the sludge seeping into its lake habitat due to tipped waste barrels. In terms of powers outside of a captivating glow, its bite is fatal and it has a dangerous amount of strength to its tail - it could whip a large fish in two with ease. Still an incredibly playful creature.
