Jakkal drew something i wanted for this character... mostly because people are confused at what is her purpose...

...uh... i mean... she is a cruise ship firefighter, simple as that.

Specifically one that being an android is carried to the spot in some way (more on that in the future, and it's obviously going to be hilarious) and then has to deal with said fires thanks to the fact she is built to do that. Period. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Obviously i did check out how firefighting is handled in ships. I'm no expert, but i do know how to google free resources online. 😅

According to "the Shipboard fire emergency response plan at sea" you... uhmm... basically fight it the same way you fight normal fires, create vents to redirect fire where it does the least damage possibleand to make sure that all the fumes get pulled out so you can make humans go the other way #AgainstTheColdWind and just... you know... evacuate them, then you bring in the stuff that actually extinguishes the fire.

Unfortunately here Ylva that is a robot built to withstand the fire... has to deal with humans that think her axe exists to create escapes for them... aaand that is not truly the purpose. Sooo she needs to stop them and get them out before she can create a vent for all the hot air and fumes.

Most probably the porthole there is stuck... you might not feel it but you are effectively in an oven there and therefore anything mechanical that is not designed to operate in those conditions... is stuck.

She is going to smash it... but first that human has to go elsewhere. Especially because with the fire being straight behind the human... Ylva cannot smash that window, she'd effectively set the human on fire by doing so.
