Well everyone... this is how Seraphim looked before. Well... kind of. ^^
I made this using the brush, water and blur tools. This is the first time I've ever done something like this. I hope you all like it. ^^
EDIT: Tried fixing the things DarkfoxSoldier pointed out. + Added a glow effect to the wings and feather. ^^
