Flexibility, love, and trust~

These past months have been tough. Apart from facing a pandemic, new challenges topple with it and everyone tackled those new obstacles differently, some in better light than others and some affecting those around us. Which brings us to once again in deep thoughts.
As Theo watches the dark, stars filled night, he thinks about all that has changed in his life. With this new change brings new heartache and adjustments that don't have a clear black and white solution. From losing friends and once again his heart stabbed, he grown tired and on the verge of giving up on a lonesome night but instead on such a beautiful night, he finds himself in a open field. His mind was filled with many doubts and worries, wondering where he went wrong in situations where he found himself being lied to or question his self-worth. Though normally not best alone to his thoughts, sometimes you need to tackle these thoughts head-on to yourself in peace to find the bright side of things, even during a dark night, because even the night has a light.

This beautiful peace was done by  -Cuty awhile back who captured this feeling so perfectly but i just got around to posting this with the thoughts i had going into getting this piece. I will admit, for awhile, though the outside of my life seemed as normal as it can be, behind the scenes there was a lot going on from backstabbing (what else is new) to family issues and drama and relationship problems, all these things at one point led me to feel defeated and to just put on a smile and charge through it. But this was exhausting, being the better person all the time was tiring and motivation to do anything was on the ground. Lately tho i been more honest to myself and others, even painful truths told in a reasonable manner and though things are vastly improving, sometimes you need that time and space to clear your mind from all the noise that collects in your head and give yourself a break. One night won't resolve everything, but a it a hell of a good start.
