Once again, Red Herring has found himself caught in the clutches of the Cat and Mouse Detectives newest foe. He is now all tied up and gagged, locked in a dark room by this culprit once he was discovered snooping around places he shouldn't have been snooping in. He struggles and fights the ropes with all his might, hoping to be able to find the detectives and inform him of his discoveries, that is if the culprit doesn't get to them first.
