Gomer Z. Cooper was supposed to be the only sister of the Cooper Family, but that didn't happen because Goliath hired a witch doctor to spay Rebecca so that she won't have anymore children. The experiment was a success and the witch doctor lied to Rebecca saying that her pre-born daughter died from not breathing and she's never going to have another child again. However, a few years later, Rebecca miraculously became pregnant again and a male raccoon was born.

In the other dimension, the experiment was a failure, and Rebecca called a new doctor to find out what fluid was in her body. The new doctor told her that she was about to be spayed but somehow that never happened. Rebecca alerted everyone at Gusty Valley including the nurses and doctors, but they've never seen or heard about that fake doctor before.

On one of the episodes, Gomer S. Cooper was at the hardware store looking for some important gadgets and have them sent to the garage. Once he was done shopping, he got bumped into a female raccoon. She apologized and insisted that she can help Gomer carry some of the spare parts and motherboard chips. After the delivery, the female raccoon asked if she can see his parents for giving her a special prayer. Gomer accepted her friendly request. Susana and Corvette came along too to meet the strange female raccoon. Once they came to the Cooper's mountain house, Paul and Rebecca were both shocked to see a female raccoon.
Rebecca: My God, is it really you, Gomer?
Gomer Z: Mom? Dad?
Paul: Heavenly Father, it is you.
Corvette: Did we miss something?
Gomer S: Mother, father, you know this raccoon?
Rebecca: Her name is Gomer Zarephath Cooper, and she's your sister.
Paul: Was...as a matter of fact.
