Commission by https://www.deviantart.com/hyperagua this is Neon Dragoon, my first original variation of Dragoon from Beyblade based off a bipedal Drake. He wields nuclear powers for all sorts of attacks like charging up a ball of nuclear energy and throwing it at the target (Neon Shot), firing a wave of nuclear energy (Neon Wave), breathing green atomic flame breath (Neon Flame), firing balls of nuclear energy that burst into waves (Neon Blaze), releasing a wheel of nuclear flames (Neon Wheel), slashing with a nuclear energy sword (Neon Saber), and releasing a crescent wave from the sword (Neon Blade). Personality-wise, he looks up to the original Dragoon a lot and wishes to be as good as him. He often practices his powers in safe areas so as to not damage or destroy nature. According to legend, it's said that Neon Dragoon is way stronger than Godzilla himself.
