Physical description: Soverai is a startlingly attractive Czarite, with milky white skin, soft pink eyes and jelly hair, and delicate carapace plating surrounding her beautiful face. Her enchanting eyes are surrounded in thick black liner, with three golden orbs in a line under each eye and equally golden, slightly dripped lips. She isn't physically intimidating but has sizeable breasts and a curvy, plentiful figure on its own, usually clad in flowing, elegant dresses.

Personality and background: Not much is known about Soverai's past or background. She seemed to appear from thin air one day, like she was angel plucked from heaven randomly. Her ability to enchant others to a near zen-like state of obedience has already shown itself to be more than effective, in the space of a few weeks, Soverai has gone from a nobody in the middle of space to the leader/queen of her own mini-empire already. Her followers hang on her every word as if their very existence depended on it. Even typically strong willed creatures seem to, at the very least, take a strong liking to her, proven by the fact that she has an Azuri body-guard/lover, who keeps her well protected at all times. Considering Azuri's are completely immune to psyonics, mind-control and manipulation in general, this is an extremely impressive feat.

Soverai does not pay her followers or threaten them, she speaks and they do. Unlike a lot of psyonic based hypnosis or drug based control solutions, the “victim” does not lose any cognitive function or change in personality at all. It appears entire voluntary. People have completely uprooted their lives to come and serve her for seemingly no reason at all, they claim that she came to them in a dream and they finally felt what they purpose was. Most of them have never seen spoken to her, but speak as if they'd been best friends or even lovers for years. Big empires and Terra-corps are starting to note an increase in the amount of people migrating their colonies, although its still somewhat early days yet, Soverai's following is ramping up in speed and size...

Bizarrely, if you ask her follows what she is like, they seem to find it difficult to describe her personality, all descriptions given are physical and when pressed for information regarding thoughts, opinions ect, they just refer to her as “perfect the way she is” or other positive but ultimately meaningless descriptions. No one seems to actually know what Soverai wants or what she likes, aside from obedience. But if you were deriving meaning from action, you could assume she wants power, at the very least. Her followers have been very hard at work producing new cities and colonies, forming a functioning military and amassing resources.

Interest is building in her though, a lot of important figures have taken note of the sudden arrival of a disruptive power and are making preparations should anything happen.
