Rules and Conditions
-Only serious buyers should comment on the design(s) in question.
-Payment is USD via PayPal only. See ‘Payment’ under my TOS for more information.
-You have 24 hours to pay from the moment I accept your offer and send the invoice, otherwise the adopt will go back up for sale.
-I do not hold designs.
-See my ‘Copyright/Usage Policy’ under my TOS for more information.
-If you break any of the rules here, My Adoptable Design Policy, or under my TOS, you will be blacklisted.
-Do not claim original art as your own. I hold the rights to the original piece of artwork, and I retain credit as the original designer.
-However, you may post the original artwork where you see fit so long as you give the proper credit. Any artwork you create that is your own or you commission, meaning anything else that is not the original artwork, you do not need to give credit for the design.
-I will never "claim" an adoptable back from you. Once you purchase the character, and payment has been received in full, the character is all yours to enjoy!
-You may resell the design for the same amount you purchased it for or less. (If you sell for more and break this rule, you will be blacklisted.) You may freely trade or gift designs.
-You are allowed to make minor changes to the design, such as changing hairstyle, clothing, or adding things such as tattoos or piercings, but you are NOT allowed to make massive changes to the design. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this, please contact me.
-Once payment has been received in full, I will email you an unwatermarked copy of the character’s artwork.
-All sales are final. No refunds whatsoever.
-If you are on my blacklist, you are not allowed to purchase or own one of my designs.
-Be sure to read my TOS in full, not just this segment, when purchasing an adopt.
