Prince Endearment is the son of Princess Skysparkle. He is widely regarded as a big brother for his people. Among ponies, he's not nearly as celebrated as his mother, Princess Skysparkle. Most foreigners, however, regard Endearment as the father of his kingdom.
Endearment is a strong father figure, yet he feels like a child at heart. His star students are White Night (the unicorn) and David Starlyre (the ground pony). In the town of Friendsville, Starlyre makes friends with Fireshy (the pegasus). Later on, Fireshy gets to know White Night and Endearment, making him Endearment's third student.
Endearment's powers allow him to change size. However, he normally prefers to stay his normal size, for the sake of mobility.

Visual Description:
Standing in the distance, four giant stallions tower over a village. Warm with affection, they look down toward the little town. The houses are far smaller than their hooves. The giants are so far away that a bluish haze slightly covers them. Yet they are so enormous that they seem nearby!
From left to right, the four giants are the following: Fireshy (pegasus), David Starlyre (ground pony), White Night (unicorn), and Prince Endearment Heartwings (alicorn). Their descriptions can be found in the links below. Fireshy rears with excitement, as he hugs Starlyre with one of his wings. With one wing, Endearment hugs White Night. He extends the other wing down toward the village, as if to give the village a hug.
It is twilight in the village, with the last bit of sunlight behind the giants. In the center is a statue depicting the four giants, with Endearment on a round pedestal and the other three surrounding him.
