i missed comic con for two reasons. one of them is this creature, who i have to petsit for two weeks.

this is bowser, my mother's geriatric boxer. he was never trained properly and so randomly lunges at dogs and people who he percieves as threats. he climbs on tables while you're eating and generally just does things that no self respecting dog owner would allow. but he was raised by my mother in brooklyn so i really am not surprised he turned out as he did.

in his old age (he's eight) he's slowed down considerably, and he always listened to me anyway (i made it clear in his youth i was the alpha) so he's been a pretty good house guest so far.
