Eastern (and some part of western) dragon (step-)brothers Cyrano and William born in somewhere city on England, when theirs shamed western dragon father Sergei, who have celebrated New Year parties on somewhere and had some sex chances with eastern dragon sisters Clara and Wilma, who suddenly they both came pregnant by Sergei who he is as drunk. Sisters don't have do aborts, because they dislikes surgery(they won't know are there England peoples doing this) and about 20 months later they left their children Cyrano and William to Sergei and sisters goes away and they never came back to visit that bastard Sergei. Some 20 years later Sergei give all as very sad his owned moneys and his house to Cyrano and William and they won't know where Sergei is going to, so Sergei driving his car to northern and he destroyed his car and he suicided somewhere in forest.

So Cyrano and William had fun on somewhere in pub there with obese alpaca named George Wooly and batty glam-rock band called "The Lesbian Haircut". Sometimes they visits their mothers and sometime they will visits Sergei's mother but she thinks they murdered Sergei.

It could best as animated to BBC about homophobic (actually they runs away from them) and obesity.
