And sure, as long as you dont directly copy them :) then I wont mind. But to give you one good advise, google image search has some good horse photos :) when I started to draw horses I used photos to look at, to get the anatomy and details right :)

Ok, i...uhm.. found it farely quick:p
Now i remember why i stashed it waway in the first place... The horse section took up most of the book, and i wanted the tiny cat section:p (Wich was like 4 out of 134 pages:p Horsies had like 40 pages...:)
But now i'm glad i bought it, cos this book has everything:p Anatomy of skeleton, muscles... you name it, and also ALOT of different poses and many horse races:) Now it's finally gonna pay off for buying it:D

You should look up that book then:)
My favorite books on how to draw animals, are:
* The Art of Animal Drawing - Construction, action analysis, caricature - by Ken Hultgren
This book contains a big horse section as well as sections on deers, cats, cows and bulls, giraffes, camels, gorillas, pigs, dogs, foxes, kangaroos, rabbits, squirrels, elephants and bears:)
This book is one of the best i have:) It's got a lot of very helpful stuff. I can easily recomend this book:)
The other book is called:
*How To Draw Animals - by Jack Hamm.
This book has a BIG cat section that is the best i've seen in any book:D And it's also the book i'm learning the most from:) I recently got this book, but it is by far one of the better "how to" books out there. I can tell just by flipping through it:p
I'm not gonna list the animals in this book, cos it's got like, all of them:p Ok, maybe not ALL of them, but a lot...
This book has everything the other book don't have:p Like closeups on the different body parts, the actual medical NAMES of the different muscles and bones:S Paws, hooves(sp?), ears, noses, you name it:) This book is VERY descriptive and SOOO easy to learn from:D
This book is my number one favorite already, and i've only recently gotten it. So i guess that says alot:) You HAVE to buy this book if your trying to learn animal drawing. It's a MUST! *Hint* The horse section in this book is SO good even if it's not very big. It's got everything crucial about every animal you need:)
I have other books as well, but they're not worth the money i gave for them...
