It’s been a while since I have posted any pics of my fishies, but that’s because I’ve had mostly nothing but my way-too-big striped Raphael catfish in my 20-gallon for a while. I got really annoyed with it not having much activity, so I decided to get some guppies! They’re pretty and easy to keep and even though they’re small, hopefully their perch at for breeding will keep the tank stocked fairly easy.
3 female to 1 male ratio, as I heard it was ideal. There’s about 8 in there now~

It takes about a month for the guppy to get near giving birth! they don't do eggs, you will just get teeny tiny babies on the bottom of the tank. I recommend finding a small side tank or getting a divider so you can keep the babies away from the grown ups until they are big enough to not get eaten if you plan to keep them all ^^ i found myself with at least 30 guppies split between various holding tanks as I was not set up for babies xD
