Yeah, it could be used for tabletop games. Although the dimensions this one has, it probably would be used to represent either a boss or a gigantic peaceful creature.
Due to the nature of my 3d printer, I could make a smaller version to represent a player character, but i'd have to sacrifice some detail on the head and limbs. But it's doable.
As for more, It would depend if people would be interested in them enough for me to offer 3d printed commissions.

A fat playable DnD character purchasable from an online store would be very nice of you, are you familiar with Hero Forge by any chance? I understand that Hero Forge isn’t a perfect website for personal creations, but perhaps Hero Forge can be directly loaded into 3D software, printed out any shape and size and then used in various games
