Well, it looks like Captain Scarlet Hightide is at it again. And this time, she's got someone she decided to let "hang out" with her, Siti-chan, Sitinuramjah's ninja cat OC. Of course, Siti-chan isn't exactly thrilled at her current predicament. Why exactly Scarlet captured Siti-chan is anyone's guess, but I have a feeling there's gonna be some hell to pay at some point.
