Yeah that was kind of definitely rape. And she sure looks traumatized on the first page of this epilogue. Honestly? Not great vibes. Plus the "You did have fun, didn't you?" line just kinda feels reminiscent of certain groups and individuals trying to downplay rapes because the victim was aroused. I know it probably wasn't intended that way, but still...
the new reindeer girl did all the risque stuff herself, wasn't going for that look but more a look of 'oh gawd i did that and that and some of that too', as the wish was for them to experience said risque stuff first hand by doing it first hand,, these wishes in a nut shell, depending on how worded/thought can include mind alterations, hence why twin tails and the elf went willingly with their partnered reindeer, and just to add pinkie's, well they are and idiot and got suckered into doing the deed as a way to turn back, which i think was explained the in comic, hopefully that clears things up, none of these character had that action done against their will, as their wills had changed to reflect the wish
