Here's the "Rose Quartz" alter ego White would use if she swapped places with Pink.
I figured since white has trouble expressing her emotions normally in the show, swapping with pink would exacerbate that. Once she got to Earth however, and saw all their emotionally attuned humans were, she decided she wanted to learn from them and grew to love the Earth and the freedom it gave her to express her emotions. Instead of bottling them up like she had to do on Homeworld.
