I drew this fanart for #ToonJune2021 under the prompt "Favorite Cartoon Character." I spent my pre-teenhood fanatic about Gogo Dodo - and Tiny Toon Adventures by extension - as he totally hit my 'wacky shapeshifter' niche. He was in no way the first cartoon character I fell in love with, but he's pretty much the founding father of a life era.
The superimposed (subimposed?) Warner Bros. logo was totally a happy accident, as I had initially only imported it into the project as reference for the shape of the shield.
