Nephrops norvegicus, the Norway Lobster. A rather small, but incredibly tasty lobster, found buried in the mud of deep-water bottoms, where they sit around in their burrows and pick foodstuffs out of the mud. What they use the giant claws for is beyond me, but I appreciate them all the same... The claws house the tastiest meat!
