There's nothing like a new character :3 Haven't really created anyone new in a while, so I guess I'm due!
I've always loved rats, but I've never made a rat character so what the heck. Of course I'm going to run into that new character wall where I don't have his personality down enough to draw him much but...oh well.
The most I have is he has a really bad memory so he carries paper around everywhere so he can just write everything down, and he hates being teased.
