Homarus gammarus! European Lobster, the piece de resistancé of Swedish crustacean delicacy! Indeed, these lovely animals are a luxury few can afford regularly, and completely delicious. Sadly out of season when we caught this one, so we were forced to release it lest we suffer dire consequences with the Law. A very pretty specimen of nice black with orange highlights, this guy had me charmed right from the start... though untangling him or her from the net we caught it with was a horror!
