Zipa the Bully by Fixerdragon
Zipa has remade the universe! In this reality, her species reigns supreme and they tend to bully other species, especially dragons and lizardmen for being so darn tall all the time. She uses her knowledge of science to shrink and then make into pets others, and she can be seen here adding Joren to her terrarium to join Bladewing (aka Erinsis), Kaliak, and Sekkron.
