Savier is a revamp of an old character.
His name is a fun twist on 'Xavier' / 'Zavier', but with an 'S'.
I might fix his markings up at a later time, but for now I'm happy with this. I wanted them to look messy and unplanned, so I used my mouse instead of my tablet.
