Today is the year of our acquaintance with a wonderful person

And now, briefly about the drawing: it depicts Alex (my character) and Alexandra (the character of the sun dear to me).
Alexandra has a rather dark life: she is broken by a mad scientist who kidnapped her and is experimenting with her (the tail and wings are his work). Alexandra was able to escape from the laboratory and, perilously, lost and frightened, wanders the rainy city in search of shelter. The girl realizes that her capture and return to the "house of torture" is only a matter of time, so she tries to find someone who could try to help her.
Suddenly, coming out from behind the dense thickets of wild rose, Alexandra meets a stranger, who turns out to be Alex.
The right half of the art, on which the girl is located, has dull and depressive colors, which personifies her inner state and the horror going on around. Half of the art with Alex is bright, "carefully" creeping into the dull part, which means that Alex is trying to bring the missing colors into Alexandra's life and try to save her.
